Foam incubator is a packaging material made of foamed plastic, so it will inevitably generate some static electricity. Anti static method of foam incubator:
1. Mainly quaternary ammonium salt and phosphate, antistatic agent is added in the production process of foam incubator. This method can improve the anti-static performance of the product in a short period of time.
2. The conductive filler is added during the processing of foam. Carbon black is the key to adding conductive fillers. Adding carbon black can change the foam structure of the foam incubator, generate conductive channels in the foam matrix, and make the product have long-term stable anti-static performance.
3. Antistatic agents are used together with conductive fillers. For some foam plastics, such as rigid inner polyurethane foam, only antistatic agent or conductive filler can be added. When anti-static regulations cannot be considered, both methods should be used simultaneously.
Foaming method of foam incubator:
1. Direct gas foaming
The discharge head is loaded by the extruder. N2 and its nucleating agent are mainly used to improve the structure of foam, improve the surface gloss and reduce gas damage. The piston rod or plunger pump melts the valve body into a seven person mold based on a single nozzle or multiple nozzles.
2. Basic injection molding of foam incubator

In certain processes, the mold expands or stretches during injection or throughout the entire injection process. In this case, the application of endothermic reactive foaming agents helps to obtain high surface quality, low relative density (especially expansion or contraction), and symmetrical pores. Injection molding products have controllable foam.
5. Co injection process
The actual process of joint injection should depend on the product and application regulations. If foaming agent is used inside, the surface looks like a dense injection period.
