The second reason is that the amount of foam stabilizer is low. Stabilizer is one of the essential raw materials in the polyurethane foaming process. Throughout the process, it played a role in reducing the surface tension of each raw material component. It can stabilize the foaming process and make the foam pores finer and more uniform. When the system is in the low viscosity stage, the pore wall film will grow to a thickness suitable for the opening, thereby creating conditions for the opening. If the amount of stabilizer is small, the stability of foam pores will become worse, and premature opening will lead to collapse or partial hollowness. An appropriate amount of stabilizer is mainly used to coordinate the opening time, but the opening must be done when the foam reaction and gel reaction are basically completed and balanced, otherwise centralized control or collapse will occur.
